The Promotion:
Cervezas Moritz is holding a draw to win a volta jersey signed by Marc Soler. Any user who wants to participate in the draw can get the prize on the website https://moritz.com/en/signed-volta-maillot-raffle. There will be 1 winner.
1.- PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS:
(Exclusive promotion for people over 18 years of age)
Any individual over 18 years of age can participate in the draw by means of the following mechanics: The application for participation will be made through https://moritz.com/en/signed-volta-maillot-raffle by filling in the corresponding registration form. The promotion starts on 01 April 2025 and the deadline for participation is 6 April 2025.
To participate, the user must fill in the form that appears on the site with truthful data. Among all those who have participated, 1 product will be drawn, so that there will be 1 winner.
From 7 April 2025 at 10:00, the winners will be notified (they will be contacted by email and asked for their details). The winners must respond by 9 April 2025.
2.- TAXATION
The delivery of the prize is subject to current legal provisions, as well as withholdings and tax obligations applicable to prizes awarded for participation in games, contests, raffles, or random combinations linked to the sale or promotion of goods or services at the time of prize delivery. Winners will provide the organizer with the necessary information to proceed with the required tax retention or payment, which will be assumed by Cervezas Moritz, an essential requirement for the delivery of the prize. Likewise, Cervezas Moritz will issue and send the winners the corresponding certificates for the prizes received, in compliance with their tax obligations.
3.- WINNER SELECTION
The winner selection will be carried out by Cervezas Moritz through the Easypromos App platform and its random method "raffle from a list." Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the raffle results and issues a certificate of validity for each raffle, which is unalterable by the organizer. Any participating user may request this certificate from the organizer.
For the draw, a list of all participants will be uploaded once the participation period ends, and the application will randomly select the winners and alternates, issuing a certificate of validity and transparency. Only the winner will be notified (via email).
If the winners cannot be contacted or their details are incorrect, their prize will be void, and the alternates (2 substitutes) will be contacted in order of appearance. If the winner does not accept the prize via email within the designated period, the prize will also be void, and the alternates will be contacted.
4.- EXCLUSIONS
The following parties cannot participate: companies responsible for this promotion, Cervezas Moritz, as well as distributor dealerships, retail or wholesale chains, suppliers, or individuals associated with Grupo Agora through employment contracts or professional service agreements, nor their direct relatives.
5.- OTHER CONDITIONS
Cervezas Moritz, S.A. disclaims any responsibility for damages or claims arising after the promotion regarding the awarded prizes.
If irregularities are detected in participant behavior, the organization reserves the right to eliminate the participant.
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these rules without reservation.
This promotion is limited to individuals over 18 years old.
Promotion valid only for the Spanish mainland.
Cervezas Moritz S.A. reserves the right to modify or expand these promotional rules.
The prizes of this promotion cannot be exchanged, altered, or compensated at the winner's request. Their monetary value cannot be claimed, nor can they be transferred to a third party.
Cervezas Moritz S.A. will be exempt from any obligation or compensation to participants if the promotion is canceled or suspended due to force majeure or legal imperative, which will be properly communicated to participants.
All relevant tax regulations in force will apply to the prizes of this promotion.

In compliance with national and European regulations on Personal Data Protection and Information Society and Electronic Commerce services, by participating in this promotion, you expressly consent to Cervezas Moritz (Cervezas Moritz S.A., a member of Grupo Agora) processing your personal data to allow your participation in this promotion.
For this purpose, companies linked to Moritz or third-party service providers (including electronic communications, security, and hosting services) may process your data on behalf of Cervezas Moritz as data processors. This may include cases where they are located outside the European Economic Area, provided they legally guarantee the adequate level of protection required by European regulations. Based on your consent, your personal data will be retained as long as you do not request its deletion or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
You may withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, or objection to processing by contacting Cervezas Moritz S.A. via email at dpo@agoragp.com or by written communication to C/Ronda Sant Antoni, 39, indicating "Personal Data" and the right exercised, and attaching your ID or equivalent identification document.
