Bitterness: 45 IBUS.
Color: 9 EBC .
Foam: white and abundant.
Effervescence: mild.
Aroma: predominance of hops with fruity (grapefruit), vegetal and piney notes.
Aftertaste: persistent taste with a slight lingering bitterness.
Serving temperature: 4-6 ºC.
Flavor: smooth and pleasant, with a bitterness present but well balanced
Pariring: mild Mexican food (or “Europeanized”) and salads with artichokes, arugula or green asparagus.
