How can I place an order?

Select products by adding those you wish to purchase to your basket and then click on the basket located on the top right, click on Basket Summary and then click on Checkout.

If this is your first time visiting us, you can make a purchase as a guest or by creating an account.

Create an account if you want all your purchases to be saved and to receive exclusive offers and news. In either case, you must provide all the information requested and lastly select the card payment option.

If you've already placed an order, you can log in and place your order directly.

ORDERS

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) leave our warehouse on the same day and are delivered within 48 hours*. Orders received after 12 noon (Monday to Friday) are prepared the next day and delivered in 48-72 hours*.

*Except for more distant towns/cities, which may require an additional 24 hours.

Fresh beer orders will be delivered on the same day using the Delivery service in Barcelona and they will be delivered within an hour of the purchase being processed.

What payment methods are available?

It's simple: you can pay using any credit or debit card.

How much are delivery costs?

Packs of beer and M-Store merchandising:

  • Free for purchases over €50.
  • €5 for purchases under €50.

Fresh beer via Delivery in Barcelona:

  • Free for purchases over €50.
  • €7.95 for purchases under €50.

Can an order be delivered outside of mainland Spain?

Packs of Clásica beer and Moritz Store merchandising:

At present, we only deliver orders to mainland Spain. We're working to reach Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands as soon as possible.

Fresh beer:

As it's an unpasteurised product that must be stored at the indicated temperature at all times to avoid harming the cold chain, fresh beer will be exclusively delivered using an urgent same-day Delivery service organised in one-hour time frames of the customer's choice. This premium service will only be available in the city of Barcelona with deliveries within 6.5 kilometres of the Moritz brewery to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.

How can I track my order?

Packs of Clásica beer and Moritz Store merchandising:

You'll receive an email from the courier company DHL when your order leaves our warehouse, detailing your tracking number and delivery date, which you can change or amend if the order should be delivered to a trusted individual (neighbour or doorman) or left at a Service Point close to the post code you select.

Fresh beer:

You'll receive an SMS when your order is collected from our brewery and is on its way to your address.

You'll be given a geolocation tracking link that you can use to track your order at all times until it reaches you.

How can I change the delivery address or time once I've placed my order?

If you need to change the delivery time or address once you've placed your order, please contact us using our contact form between 9am and 6pm, from Monday to Friday.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

To use a discount code, first check your voucher's terms and conditions (validity, if it involves a minimum order, products to which the promotion applies). The discount can be applied when you reach the “Shopping Basket” page where you'll see a summary of the orders included in your basket.

RETURNS

How can I return my order?

Returning an order is really simple: all you need to do is request this option using our contact form.

If you would like to return a product outside of the legal withdrawal period, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase, minus delivery and return fees which will be payable by the customer, once we've checked that the product has been returned in good condition and in the same state as you received it, including in its original packaging with its instructions and all other accompanying documentation, if applicable. We will proceed to issue your refund using the same payment method with which the product was purchased, unless you indicate otherwise. In any case, you must return goods within 30 days from confirmation of shipment.

Can I change my order?

Yes. If you wish to make a change, please contact us using our contact form. We'll provide you with the address to which you should send the product to be returned and, once we've checked it's in good condition, we'll proceed to issue a refund for the amount paid for the product. You'll then need to place a new order.

MY ACCOUNT

How can I access my account?

To access your account, click on the “Login” icon on the top of our website. You'll need to use your username and password, or create an account if you haven't yet done so. If you made a purchase as a guest, you won't have access to this area.

How can I amend my personal information?

Don't worry, it's easy. First you need to enter “My account”. Once you've done that, you'll be able to see your personal information and edit or change it (all except from your email address and ID number).

Is my personal data stored securely?

As set out in our Privacy Policy, personal data pertaining to our website's users will be stored in personal data files owned by Moritz Store (Cervezas Moritz), which guarantees full compliance with personal data protection regulations. As such, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December (hereinafter the LOPD), the user is hereby informed their data is processed with a view to managing browsing on our website and to ensure compliance, if applicable, with the legal and contractual obligations assumed regarding said user.
