Moritz Matrimoni

1 litre bottle

At Moritz we are celebrating because we have united in marriage the world of beer and wine in a beer that will not leave anyone indifferent. Reinterpreting an Italian beer style, we have collected the best of both worlds. How? Well, fermenting a mixture of beer must and wine must with cava yeast. The result is a beer (with all the letters) that is reminiscent of natural "frizzanti" white wines.

Shipping costs depend on the area. With the shop collection option, shipping costs are free.

Elaboration

Elaboration

We present you a pale yellow beer with generous white foam. The Xarel·lo grape must and the New Zealand hops used give us aromas of white fruit, grapes and apricot. The beer wort has been slightly acidified to enhance the sensation of freshness in the mouth of the final product. A beer fermented with cava ale yeast, with a very light bitterness and a hint of acidity that make it very refreshing and easy to drink.
