Elaboration

The first Moritz high fermentation beer which has recovered a traditional British style, India Pale Ale. The hops take centre stage, conferring an important tropical aroma and a remarkable, persistent, bitter note. For a balanced mouthfeel, we use four caramelised, toasted malts that also give it its unique reddish colour.

The result is a toasted beer with ruby glints and an adherent head. It has a persistent and bitter mouthfeel that is typical of its style with floral hops, herbal and tropical aromas. The caramelised, toasted malts add notes of caramel, liquorice and nuts, while the Ale yeast also adds aromas of Apple, peach, yellow fruit and raisins.

Type: Red India English Pale Ale.

Degree of alcohol: 5.4% vol.

Bitterness: 60 IBUS.

Color: 50 EBC (dark red with ruby ​​hints).

Foam: Reduced and adherent. Whitish

Aroma: Hop: a combination of floral, herbaceous and tropical. Yeast: apple, peach and ripe fruits. Malt: caramel, liquorice, coffee and nuts.

Body: Medium build.

Aftertaste: Persistent bitterness typical of the style.
